As the founder of West Bend Construction, Alex is passionate in all areas of the business. However, he is primarily focusing on business growth, sales, and marketing; although it isn’t uncommon to see Alex on the project site getting his hands dirty.

Alex has a Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management and a Master’s Degree in Project Management. His education coupled with his experience leading complex quality projects in industries including aerospace and automotive, gives us confidence that we can solve any of our customers construction needs on time and on budget.

James N. – Vice President

As a cofounder of West Bend Construction, James is an active leader in the business operations. He provides support in all areas of the business. James is responsible for creating and implementing a standardized approach to our core operations.

James has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to his education, he has a wealth of experience in both large and small manufacturing companies. We are confident that James will leverage his strengths to continually improve our construction operations.
