What you’ll be doing:

  • Selling new roofs, siding, gutters and windows
  • Canvassing and cultivating new leads
  • Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims. For retail, you will present different solutions for our clients’ needs
  • Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
  • Establish and maintain best practices with leadership

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and discipline
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as RoofR, Lead Scout, Company Cam or similar platforms for lead tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Must be able to effectively send emails and use basic Microsoft applications (Word, Powerpoint) on a company provided Ipad
  • Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction
  • Experience in insurance sales in a roofing/storm restoration industry is required
  • Prior customer service experience is encouraged
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License, and a cellphone
  • Must be able to safely climb on and off of roofs on a daily basis to perform inspections and estimates

Estimated Pay: The sky is the limit. This is a commission role, so you control your own destiny. This is a salary plus commission role. If you are a rock star, and sell a lot of jobs, you will make very good money working with us.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing sales team. Qualifications

  • Education:
  • High School
  • Associate/bachelor’s in marketing (Preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales management or leadership role, preferably within roofing, construction, or storm restoration
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims-based roofing sales and/or retail roofing
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale a sales team
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Results-driven with strong accountability and follow-through
  • Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on in the field
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to perform roof inspections as needed
